Any reference to a mortgage broker, lender, or financial institution is for convenience only.

• No involvement in processing: We do not prepare, submit, manage, or monitor mortgage applications. We do not communicate with lenders on your behalf except to pass along your contact details if you ask us to.
• No representation or warranty: We make no statement regarding approval likelihood, interest rate, product suitability, timing, or lender performance.
• No compensation accepted: We do not receive referral fees, commissions, gifts, or other benefits from mortgage brokers or lenders for introductions, except if required by law and disclosed to you in advance. As a rule we do not participate in fee sharing with mortgage providers.
• Your responsibility: You must complete your own due diligence and work directly with a licensed mortgage professional. You are solely responsible for your mortgage decisions.

We may share names of or links to third-party providers (e.g., stagers, inspectors, contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters, cleaners, movers, photographers, builders, developers). These references are informational only.

Refunds and Non-returnable Services

All services and digital products sold through AlbertaHomeHub.ca or AlbertaSell.com are non-refundable by default (e.g., consultations, FSBO kits, contract-review tools, downloadables, and services without shipment of a physical product).

In limited cases a refund may be considered upon written request and is subject to management approval. Approval is not guaranteed. If approved, processing may take up to sixty days and an administrative fee of up to twenty percent may apply.

By purchasing you agree to this policy and waive chargebacks or disputes except in the case of proven fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

This website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
